Our menu is a vibrant, ever-evolving celebration of the seasons. As a vegetarian bistrot, we’re passionate about showcasing the full potential of vegetables, so you won’t find any meat substitutes here. Instead, we let exceptional produce take centre stage.
We work closely with a network of small-scale producers to source fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients, allowing the menu to shift naturally with what’s at its best. Our cooking is guided by what’s available, not what’s expected.
With a low-waste ethos at our core, we use every part of each ingredient, transforming them into pickles, powders, vinegars and sauces. The result is food that proves sustainability can be deeply flavourful and satisfying.

Our Chef's selection takes you though the current seasonal favourites at Holy Carrot, taking out the decision process and leaving you to sit back and enjoy yourselves. Available everyday for dinner.
Evening à la carte menu
Available every evening, celebrating the freedom of choice. We're not about structured courses, build your own feast, choosing as many dishes as you like. And feel free to come back for more!
Daytime à la carte menu
Whether you're after a quick midweek lunch or a slow weekend brunch to linger over, our daytime menu has you covered. Think overnight oats, shakshouka, sandwiches and salads.
Drinks menu
Our drinks are built with the same mindset as the kitchen - bold, balanced and a little unexpected. From flavour-led cocktails to house ferments, kombuchas and low-waste creations, everything is designed to be as interesting as it is drinkable.
Desserts & digestifs
Sweet spoonfuls and special sips to round off your feast. Holy Classics such as tiramisu and sticky toffee pudding sit alongside seasonal sharers - think Basque cheesecake with rhubarb compote.
Wine list
Our wine list moves from easy, joyful bottles to serious celebratory pours, with a focus on character and drinkability. Expect a mix of classic regions, low-intervention producers and a few playful surprises, all chosen to work effortlessly with the food.
