You have the right to stop marketing at any time.  You can just click Unsubscribe on any email you are sent or let us know at any time by sending an email to info@holycarrot.co.uk

Gift Vouchers

 

Holy Carrot uses a trusted 3rd party provider, GiftPro Limited, to manage the payment and fulfilment processes of purchasing one of its vouchers.

 

By placing your order you are providing us with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which we will only use for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling your order and, if for the benefit of someone else, communicating it to them.

• Collecting payment from you (which involves giving some of your PII to the payment processing provider).

• If you provide consent, sending you marketing communications.

• Statistical analysis.

 

We do not need your specific consent for that as that processing is necessary if we are to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We have a legitimate interest in using your data for statistical analysis.

 

If you have consented to us using your PII for marketing purposes, we will cease using it for that purpose if you withdraw that consent by informing us using the contact details set out above, or by unsubscribing from our emails.

 

You also have the right at any time to ask us what PII of yours we hold, to have it corrected if incorrect and to object to the way in which we use it. When you place an order, payment is collected online and you are providing the payment data directly to our payment processing provider. We do not see or hold your full card payment details.
