Our journey continues from west to east, and we’re thrilled to share that we are opening a new home in Spitalfields in March 2026; a place shaped by the things we love most: fire, fermentation, and bold, honest flavour. This chapter is about opening our doors wider, welcoming familiar faces and new friends alike.
We’ve built this space with heart. Somewhere to sit down, share good food, and explore just how incredible vegetables can be when treated with care. It’s our hope that it becomes a place you’ll return to again and again, as we keep learning, cooking, and growing together.
In the kitchen, Head Chef Maria Criscuolo brings familiar favourites to the table, from fire-grilled leeks with smoked Holy Carrot hot sauce and hazelnuts, alongside new vegetarian dishes created especially for Spitalfields.
