At Holy Carrot, our number one commitment remains the welfare of our guests and our team as we take steps together to combat COVID-19.

 

Below you will find the measures that we’ve put in place to ensure the safety of our employees and our guests alike. 

 

Here’s what we’re doing in the restaurant and for our team.

 

  • We’ve carried out full risk assessments.

  • All employees’ temperatures are checked and recorded for seven days prior to returning to work and checked each day upon arrival.

  • Adapted shift patterns to allow our teams to return to work safely.

  • Tables arranged in line with Government social distancing rules.

  • A professional deep clean of the restaurant every night.

  • All tables and chairs are thoroughly cleaned after use.

  • All menus and condiments are cleaned before use.

 

And here’s how you can help.

 

  • We kindly ask you to amend your reservation if you are showing any symptoms. Please re-book with us once self-isolation has taken place.

  • Your temperature will be checked on arrival.

  • Observe social distancing at all times.

  • Menus will be available to view online with your smartphone, although we can also provide a disposable version if required.  

  • Hand sanitiser is available at the Urban Retreat reception.

  • It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they are remaining within their social distancing bubbles at all times.
